The spirit then rested in a Black Locust Honey Barrel, imparting subtle floral sweetness, and was then finished a second time in Brazilian Amburana Wood. This final touch adds an incredible depth of cinnamon and butterscotch and a complexity that perfectly complements the rich rye. It’s an exclusive, limited-edition expression of Pittsburgh spirit.
