Toast to another holiday season with the return of St. Nick — one of our most popular Brewer’s Series releases with Jolly Old St. Nick front and center on the bottle! To produce this holiday favorite we began with Penn Brewery’s St. Nikolaus Bock, a traditional German-style brew that boasts an array of roasty malt flavors balanced with a subtle touch of hops. We placed this well-balanced Boker into our artisanal copper pot still for a double-distillation, then rested it in American oak casks for 1 year adding smooth notes of cocoa nibs, malted barley, and a hint of nutmeg.
