The 2026 edition of Phil's Shadow Maple Barrel Finished Whiskey celebrates two Pennsylvania institutions & honors the eccentric traditions of our beloved Keystone State! To pay homage to world-famous Groundhog Phil, we combined our award-winning Pennsylvania Straight Rye Whiskey and the tradition of Pennsylvania maple syrup production to create a bold, spicy spirit complemented by a pronounced, rich maple sweetness. We aged this Rye Whiskey for 5 years, before finishing it in maple syrup barrels. We are proud to present this limited edition spirit in partnership with the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club.
